The vice president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, affirmed that is moving towards the consolidation of the digital economy in the country:
“We are a few days away from the entry into force of a new monetary expression of the Bolivar with the deletion of 6 zeros in order to facilitate its use, but without affecting its value”, explained the senior official through the Twitter social network:

“We are moving towards the consolidation of the digital economy in Venezuela. We defend our monetary sovereignty”.
With the new expression, the Bolivarian Government defends the national monetary sovereignty.
