In an act of presidential greeting to the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the importance of consolidating coherence between thought, word, action and results in the defense of national sovereignty.
The Commander in Chief of the FANB stressed that Venezuela has its own military thought, a Venezuelan military doctrine written by Commander Hugo Chávez and the military thinkers of the country’s schools and academies:
«We have morale, and I increasingly insist on the leadership of the example of all officers and all military chiefs, even the most modest military units in the country. I ask for morale and patriotic defense, and permanent action,» said the President.
In his speech, President Maduro highlighted that in 2024, 33 strategic operations were carried out in depth throughout the Venezuelan territory, from north to south and from east to west, as well as 189 tactical operational deployments:
“I can say that the entire structure of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces has participated in the sum of these operations, accompanied by the combatants of the Bolivarian National Militia, and we can declare victory in the territory of peace,” he emphasized.
The call for patriotic awareness and the strengthening of national defense was the central axis of the statements of the head of State, who urged all members of the FANB to maintain high morale and continue defending the sovereignty and peace of the Venezuelan people.
