Meanwhile, Syrian armed groups declared the takeover of Damascus and having seized power in the country.
In the text, the Chancellory expressed its firm desire “that the brotherly people can find a path towards the peaceful resolution of their differences, without external interference or the use of violence as a mechanism to address political conflicts.»
Likewise, Venezuela reaffirms its solidarity with the Syrian people at this crucial moment and calls on the international community to promote solutions that contribute to peace.
