Venezuela advocates for a world of peace and justice before countries in Defense of the UN Charter

During his participation in the installation of the 6th Ministerial Meeting of the Group of Countries in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations Organization (UN), the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Yván Gil, on behalf of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, advocated for social justice, the development of peoples and equity, as part of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, which is strongly promoted by the Government led by the Constitutional President, Nicolás Maduro:

“In these complex times, the Group of Friends in Defense of the UN Charter is called to act decisively, collectively and forcefully, to promote respect and full determination of what is enshrined in the founding charter of the United Nations,” emphasized the Chancellor of the Republic, before the authorities present at this meeting.

Chancellory of the Republic:
“There are many challenges that lie ahead for the international community and the Group of Friends is called to play an active and proactive role,” concluded Gil.

It is worth mentioning that in this meeting are participating authorities from China, Russia, South Africa, Palestine, Iran, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Cuba, Algeria, Belarus, Bolivia, China, Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Venezuela, among others, for a total of 17 countries.
