To improve the legal conditions and protection of entrepreneurs, the Reform of the Law for the Promotion and Development of New Entrepreneurships will be sent to the National Assembly (AN), as highlighted the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros.
During the activity dedicated to entrepreneurship called “Venezuela Emprende con Nicolás” (Venezuela Undertakes with Nicolas), the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, explained the details of the proposal, emphasizing the need to extend the validity of the registration of entrepreneurship from two years to a longer period.
This measure seeks to simplify the procedures for entrepreneurs, allowing them to have an extended validity and avoiding the need for frequent registrations, “a way to debureaucratize, and the good thing is that we are adopting a young law based on the experience of entrepreneurs men and women, it is time to give this great news to Venezuela,” highlighted Rodríguez.
For his part, the head of state expressed his support for the proposal and highlighted the importance of having a National Assembly made up of the people’s representatives and patriots, which works for the benefit of entrepreneurs and is not dominated by family interests and oligarchies:
“It is very valuable to have a National Assembly committed to the country, which gives it a sense of stability, peace and tranquility. It calms the country and one knows that a law that comes out is to benefit the farmers, the fishermen, the workers, the women, the youth, the entrepreneurs. This Law – Reform of the Law for the Promotion and Development of New Entrepreneurship – is going to be in good hands and I am sure that in less than a week the Law will be approved and you have your guarantees, you have your benefits and you have all the support“, Maduro pointed out.
In context, this law was created in 2021 and aims to promote the development of new ventures and an entrepreneurial culture aimed at increasing and diversifying the production of goods and services, the deployment of innovations and their incorporation into economic and social development. of the Nation.
