The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced the creation of the Special Presidential Command of the 1×10 System of Good Government, to combat bureaucratism and to give impetus and improve the efficiency of all the plans of the Bolivarian Government in the National territory:
“To create optimal conditions in the deployment, the plans of Good Government, of work, that is why I have been forming a Special Presidential Government Command to launch the components of this stage of 2024,” said the head of State from Miraflores Palace, where he called to achieve by July 1, 95% of the positive responses to the reports on Line58 of VenApp and the work of the Military Community Brigades (Bricomiles).
He criticized bureaucratism and negligent public officials who let things happen and harm the well-being of the people, and reported that this Special Presidential Command will be headed by Leonardo Montezuma, a 35-year-old young Venezuelan, born on February 16, 1989 (during the month of the social outbreak of the Caracazo against the IMF) and who is part of the young intermediate generation of the Bolivarian Revolution.
He asked the FANB, Education officials and other ministries to combine the 1 × 10 system of Good Government improved and elevated to efficiency, the Bricomiles and the Popular and military Power. “And we are there, doing more with what we have.”
He summarized the instruction, indicating that the three elements of this new stage are to maximize the 1×10 System of Good Government, work to reach 95% solutions by July 1, with the health and education Bricomiles, and make reach the people the great new generation missions and the founding missions of Commander Hugo Chávez Frías.
