In order to monitor the progress of the third vertex of the Great Mission Women Venezuela, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, leads a work day from the main headquarters of Banco de Venezuela, located on Avenida Universidad in the capital city.
In line with the vertex Women, as an independent economic subject, which instructs public and private banks to allocate 15% of their credit portfolio to projects created by Venezuelan women, the Venezuelan president confirms the delivery of 1,500 financing to entrepreneurs:
“Always with women. Today I delivered 1,500 loans from CrediMujer to entrepreneurs of the Great Mission Women Venezuela,” he stated earlier through his WhatsApp channel.
At the beginning of November, President Nicolás Maduro set the goal of 300,000 women benefiting from the CrediMujer program, intended to promote, encourage and accompany the production of goods and services through socio-productive ventures.
In the context of the celebration of Feminist Socialism Day, last October, the head of State began the Great Venezuela Women Mission, as an organization that articulates social policies and programs that positively impact the lives of women of the country.
This socialist Mission is made up of six vertices: Protection of the health and life of women at all stages of their lives; education for the empowerment of Venezuelan women; women as independent economic subjects; the eradication of violence against women and timely gender justice; the protagonist and participatory woman in Venezuela; and the Communication and Culture System.
