BCV will issue an official bulletin on Sovereign bolivar from this Tuesday

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, informed that as of Tuesday, August 21, the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) will start issuing the Official Bulletin of the different variables of the Sovereign Bolivar, its anchoring to international currencies and the evolution of the new scheme of monetary reconversion.

He indicated that the price of the Petro that currently costs 3,600 sovereign bolivars, will be fluctuating since it is anchored to the international currency.

“The Petro as a unit of account and international currency of Venezuela anchors in bolivars and in convertible currency. Today a new system has started, now comes a process of 90 days of adaptation of the new equilibriums”, highlighted the national leader in a Facebook Live broadcast.
