As of November 10, 2023, the Edúcate Mujer (Woman, get Educated) Platform will be available for the training of Venezuelan women, as reported the Minister of People’s Power for Education, Yelitze Santaella, during the “Con Maduro+” program, broadcast this Monday from Caracas:
“All the contents of (the) different educational missions are there. In Edúcate Venezuela (Venezuela, Get Educated) there is a chapter dedicated to the Venezuelan women and to empowerment, through this digital tool that is multimodal. It will be digital and it will be in person,” as explained Santaella.
The Minister detailed that the Platform will present the academic offers available in the different study centers in the country, as well as the training programs of the Robinson, Ribas and Sucre Missions.
The Edúcate Venezuela Platform is part of the second vertex of the Great Mission Women Venezuela that contemplates training for the empowerment of the Venezuelan women.
The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, oriented the Minister of People’s Power for Culture and person responsible for the sixth vertex of this plan “Communication and Culture System”, Ernesto Villegas, to redouble communication efforts and to timely inform the entire population about this issue:
“We must make a great effort of information, of direct connection (…) Ernesto Villegas (this) is about you, you are the head of the sixth vertex, which is (that of) communication, (about) connecting us. There is the Patria System, which is an extraordinary digital system that reaches millions of Venezuelans, millions of women,” emphasized Maduro.
Along these lines, the national President instructed to prioritize the communication agenda, inform and motivate women to participate in this Great Mission.
