The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the efforts of the government and the Venezuelan people in rescuing political, social and spiritual peace, after extremist sectors have led the country into a fratricidal confrontation.
From the city of Jinan, in the Shandong province, China, the national leader defended the heroic will of the Venezuelan people to overcome the different obstacles imposed by internal and external destabilizing factors:
“We have set as a goal to heal the wounds left by the blockade, by the economic war. We are advancing in the total recovery of the country,” he stated.
The head of state said that he has worked to “build a great consensus of love for Venezuela and we will move towards our right to the future and social demands.”
