La Concha was in charge of the Monomeros company in Barranquilla, Colombia. This after her appointment as the new general manager of the Venezuelan petrochemical company, recovered by the national government in September 2022, was made official.
The executive worked between April 2018 and July 2022, as operations manager of the Servicios Integrales company, dedicated to construction projects and maintenance services for civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic works. She is a graduate of the Bicentennial University of Aragua (UBA), where she obtained a degree in Systems Engineering.
