The Great Mission Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolor (GMBNBT), has had a positive impact on 645 homes in the La Vega parish, as highlights the community of the populous area of the La Vega neighborhood in Caracas, when celebrating the 10th anniversary of the “Hugo Chávez” System of Missions, Great Missions and Micro-missions, a date praised this Thursday by the Venezuelan head of state, Nicolás Maduro, while making a visit to the sector to learn about the progress of the socialist missions.
President Maduro pointed out that the achievement has been unstoppable, despite the fact that a fascist right wing has tried to prevent the development of the missions and great missions: “We have not let the criminal sanctions, the unilateral coercive measures requested by that fascist right wing to prevent it…”, he stressed.
The reason for the scope responds to “intelligence, perseverance and popular power”, and for this reason “we have kept the Missions and Great Missions alive.”
On his way through La Vega, the President took the opportunity to monitor and control community tasks, an occasion in which he ratified the importance of urbanizing the popular neighborhoods of Venezuela, which means “supporting and building beautiful and functional communities.”
He enumerated that it is necessary “a good leadership, good methods, to have the complete cartography, to have concrete action agendas and permanent action meetings.”
Among the advances with this visit, we can count the delivery of the reconditioning of an outpatient clinic, interaction with workers from the Community Comprehensive Health Area (ASIC), as the articulating nucleus of all public health.
In this particular, La Vega has 41 popular medical offices, divided into three ASICs: Montalbán, Las Casitas and Pedro Fontes.
