The refineries are operating after the international collaboration received by Venezuela, despite the United States’ attempts to impede the import of diluents for production, as informed this Thursday the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza:
«They have made difficult to a maximum level the importing of diluents, parts and pieces, but the refineries are already operating thanks to the collaboration of friends from around the world», he said.
Arreaza recalled that the coercive measures imposed by the Donald Trump administration have also «prevented the export of Venezuelan oil».
These statements were offered by the chancellor during a press conference held in Moscow, Russian Federation, after attending the parade celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Red Army’s triumph against Nazism.
He also noted that in the lawsuit filed by the Venezuelan Executive against the US government, before the International Criminal Court (ICC), are included the new unilateral measures against the five captains of the Iranian tankers that transported gasoline to the country.
