FANB is deployed to guarantee security during the Christmas holiday

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) remain deployed in the national territory, with the objective of guaranteeing the security of Venezuelans during this holiday season.

In this sense, the head of the FANB’s Strategic Operational Command (CEOFANB), G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that the deployment is carried out through Rapid Combat Reaction Units (URRA) and patrols in military forts, units and military installations.

Through his official account on the X social network, @dhernandezlarez, detailed that the officers are deployed according to what is established in the national and military laws and rulings, as well as the Current Operational Procedure (POV) and the Current Administrative Procedure (PAV):

“During the Christmas holiday, the FANB deploys URRAS and patrols in military forts, units and military installations in accordance with the provisions of our national and military laws and regulations, as well as the different POV and PAV in force, taking preventive measures and restrictions of schedules and accesses.

The FANB reserves the right of admission in non-working seasons and collective vacations of military and non-military personnel to all facilities, to guarantee the universal principles of security and surprise,” he added.
