These are the three proposals sent by the President to the Commission for Dialogue

Dialogue is a guarantee of peace in the country and is one of the pillars of the Bolivarian Revolution, promoted since 17 years ago by Commander Hugo Chavez, as enhanced on Tuesday night the Head of State during his program «Contacto con Maduro» (Contact with Maduro).
In that regard, he reported from Miraflores Palace in Caracas, that he will send three proposals to the Commission for Dialogue for Peace – made up by the former presidents of Spain, Jose Luis Rodriguez; of the Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernandez; and of Panama, Martin Torrijos, accompanied by the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR)-.
The President detailed as a first point, to proceed to the official establishment of the Commission for Truth, Justice, reparation for the victims and peace, in order to address the damage caused by political violence, promoted by the right wing, from 1999 up to date. «That’s the first thing, over anything. For truth, justice, reparation for victims and peace, for it to be installed officially (…) To recognize the right of the victims, to protect the victims and then for the justice to do whatever it has to do».
He exposed -as a second point- the (need for) institutional and constitutional respect through a meeting of all representatives of the public authorities of the State – executive, legislative, judicial, electoral and the Citizen powers- to try a great agreement of respect for the functions set out in the National Constitution. «It may not be achieved, but we tried and we saw each other’s faces».
As a third point, -the Head of State proposed-, to evaluate in the International Commission «the renunciation to violence in all its forms, the cessation of violence in all its forms: political, social and criminal» in order to reach «a great agreement of peace and non-violence» to allow the search for a meeting among Venezuelans.
On this point, Maduro said that these proposals are framed in the preliminary agreements reached between representatives of the Revolution and the right wing last week in an approaching meeting in the Dominican Republic. «It is wise, in those three options is the spirit that was achieved last week.»
