The deputies of the Parliamentary Bloc of Zulia State were deployed in the entity, to present the Reform of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Bill, a debate that took place in the Santa Rosa de Agua stilt community in Maracaibo.
During the development of the activity, the deputy to the National Assembly Gerardina Parada, spoke with the fishing union about the scope of the statute and exchange experiences that serve as support for the second discussion in the national parliament.
During the debate, representatives of the National Assembly, were present legislators of the Zulia Legislative Council, representatives of the Fishermen’s Council, representatives of the Ministries of Ecosocialism, Fisheries and Aquaculture, the political team of the PSUV and the National Institute of Acoustic Spaces (INEA).
