Venezuela overcomes imperialist sanctions with the activation of its productive forces

With our productive forces we have faced the more than 900 sanctions that the empire has launched like missiles against the Venezuelan economy, we are moving forward and with each passing day we are moving towards an objective that is the development of the productive forces for the construction of a State of social welfare”, expressed the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during the “Media, Networks and Walls” section of the 11th edition of the “Con Maduro+” program.

The statement was made by the head of state in response to questions from the writer and researcher at the Cairo Institute for Future Studies, Al Sayyed Chebl, for which he explained that in order to boost the national economy in the face of aggression from the US empire, the government Bolivarian has created economic initiatives that have been developed through the engines of industry, oil, tourism; among others, focused on working in coordination with the economic sectors of the country, “to boost the real economy, the one that produces goods and wealth, we must impact all the sectors that grow,” he said.

Likewise, the worker president maintained that the national union has consolidated peace despite the unilateral coercive measures that seek to harm the well-being of the Venezuelan people.

Moreover, he referred to the military, politician and president of Egypt from 1954 to 1970, Gamal Abdel Nasser, who is recognized as a promoter of Arab socialism, and commented that “we consider him our leader, I know that Chávez considered him that way, he led a golden age in the struggle for the dignity of the Arab people and the peoples of the south”.
