Fulfilled in Valencia act of command transmission of the ZODI of Aragua, Carabobo and Yaracuy states

This Saturday was carried out the act of command transmission of the ZODI Integral Defense Operational Zones of Aragua, Carabobo and Yaracuy states, units that are members of the Central Integral Defense Strategic Region No. 4, an event held at the facilities of the Command of Zone of the Bolivarian National Guard No. 41 located in Valencia.

This traditional and at the same time significant event was headed by MG Orlando Ramón Romero Bolívar, Commander of the REDI Central, who delivered the banners of each unit to their new Commanders, in the ZODI Carabobo DG Pablo Ernesto Lizano Colmenter, replacing DG Luis Eduardo Bustamante Pernia; in ZODI Yaracuy, DG Luis Gerardo Reyes Rivero, replacing DG Héctor Manuel Mora Pérez, and in ZODI Aragua, DG Ángel Daniel Balestrini Jaramillo, replacing DG Edward Stivens Betancourt Gudiño.

MG Orlando Ramón Romero Bolívar, Commander of the Central REDI, recalled that these acts of command transmission obey the guidelines of the President and Commander-in-Chief of the FANB, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and the GJ Vladimir Padrino López, Minister of People’s Power for defense, complying with the provisions of article 328 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic, regarding the objectives of the FANB and its role as guarantor of the independence and sovereignty of the Nation, as well as its active participation in national development.

DG Pablo Ernesto Lizano Colmenter, incoming commander of the ZODI Carabobo, expressed his honor and satisfaction in assuming this responsibility and his commitment “to work tirelessly in order to comply with everything that is established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in regarding the missions and functions of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces”.
