Head of State reiterates willingness to improve the country’s health services

President Nicolás Maduro Moros reiterated, this Thursday, that his government will continue working to improve the country’s health services, to benefit the entire population.

Through his Twitter account, the head of state specified: “We will do everything possible so that technology, science, innovation and professional health personnel reach the spaces dedicated to the care and health of our Town. Let’s do a lot with little! It is possible!”.

It should be noted that on July 17, during the “Con Maduro +” TV program, the national president reported that he would meet with the governors and mayors, and, along with the Minister of People’s Power for Health, Magaly Gutiérrez, and the executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, will make a presentation on how was prepared, set up and works the 0800-Bigote toll-free helpline, to serve the Venezuelan population in health matters.

Registration of scientific and technological projects:

On the other hand, it was learned that all Venezuelans who have innovative proposals in science and technology can register in the National Registry of Researchers of the National Observatory of Science, Technology and Innovation of Venezuela (Oncti), with the aim of validating their projects. and that the Government can provide efficient public policies for the benefit of the country’s developers.

This was announced by the national director of Oncti, Roberto Betancourt, in the “Punto de Encuentro” (Meeting Point) TV program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), in which he also stated that, currently, the projects of more than 20,000 Venezuelans are registered.

He said that through the www.oncti.gob.ve website can be found various tools and thus observe, in real time, the numbers of researcher men and women, as well as filter the projects by research areas.

Betancourt stated that there are 63 variables, with greater preponderance in Venezuela, which allow the Ministry of People’s Power for Science and Technology to guide public care policies.
