COVID: Venezuela registered 21 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 21 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the last 24 hours, of which 8 cases arrived from Panama, 6 from the Dominican Republic and 1 from Spain, to add 545,899 as the confirmed accumulated total of cases.

This was announced this Monday by the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account in the Twitter social network.

The community cases are located in Caracas (2), Carabobo (1), Barinas (1), Aragua (1) and Zulia (1).

On day 960 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers 5,820 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 539,459 and there are 620 current active cases.
