The Minister of People’s Power for Internal Affairs, Justice and Peace, Néstor Reverol, informed that new arrest warrants were issued against seven people involved in the assassination attempt against the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, which occurred on Saturday, August 4, on the Bolivar avenue in Caracas.
Among those requested, are: Alcira Marina Carrizo de Colmenarez, Virgina Antonieta Da Silva-Pio Porta (aka Génesis); Henryberth Emmanuel Rivas, Thais del Carmen Valeria Viloria, Darwin Mina Banguera, Elvis Rivas Barrios and David Alexander Beaumont Álvarez.
Reverol reported that 25 people are being investigated for their involvement in the failed attempt against the Head of State.
