Bolivarian government remains deployed in the face of disasters caused by the rainfalls

This Monday, regarding the heavy rainfalls that have fallen in various areas of the country, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported on his social networks that the Government remains deployed 24 hours a day, in order to provide protection and attention in any circumstance that arises.

Last Sunday, the head of state gave the order to Vice President Delcy Rodríguez and the Social Cabinet to assist the community of Las Tejerías in Aragua state, which has been affected by intense rainfalls. The town was declared a natural disaster and a catastrophe zone.

For her part, Rodríguez toured the areas affected by the overflow of the Los Patos creek and assured that the National Risk Management System and the security forces remain activated carrying out search and rescue work.

Likewise, President Maduro decreed 3 days of national mourning, starting on Sunday, October 9, in solidarity with the affected families.
