The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, congratulated Russia on the 77th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany.
The National President expressed through his Twitter account that Venezuela celebrates, together with Russia, this important date for the freedom of Europe and the world.
Likewise, he extended a hug to Russian President Vladimir Putin and to all those who fought:
“Venezuela celebrates the 77th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany, in the Great Patriotic War. Our hug to the Russian people and President Vladimir Putin, heirs of the men and women who liberated Europe and the world from the Nazi-fascist threat that today intends to resurface”, he published on the social network.

This Monday Russia celebrates 77 years of victory against Nazi Germany, with a traditional parade of Russian troops, held in the Red Square in Moscow.
