COVID: Venezuela registers 34 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 34 cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, two of which arrived from Panama and the Dominican Republic, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 522,550 cases. The community cases detected correspond to Zulia (10), Falcón (8), Miranda (7), Anzoátegui (4), Bolívar (2), Aragua (2), and Caracas (1).

This was announced this Tuesday by the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through her account on the Twitter social network, @delcyrodriguezv.

On day 779 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, no deceases were recorded to maintain the total death toll to date at 5,709 deceases. The number of recovered patients is 515,769 and there are 1,072 current active cases.
