This Tuesday, the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated his full backing and support for his counterpart from the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, for the government he heads and for the noble Russian people, given the plans of aggression against the Eurasian nation promoted by the United States and the European colonial powers:
“Venezuela announces all its support for President Vladimir Putin in the defense of peace in Russia, in the brave defense of his people and his Homeland. All support for President Putin!”, reaffirmed the national president, rejecting the plans to surround Russia militarily and strategically: “Russia must be respected, as well as all the peoples of the world”, he said.
During the development of a work journey with the health sector, from Miraflores Palace, President Nicolás Maduro denounced that “the old colonialism of Europe and the new colonialism of the US empire attack Russia, China, Iran, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Venezuela”.
In announcing this position of support for Russia and President Vladimir Putin, he stressed: “The brave Bolivarian Revolution goes with the truth, opening paths to the world. We do not allow ourselves to be seduced by lies repeated a thousand times. We know Putin is defending the right to peace and the dignity of the Russian people”.
In his message, President Nicolás Maduro also called for the defeat of global manipulation campaigns against Russia and its president, Vladimir Putin. “There is a cowardly left wing that wants to use Chávez against Russia, against Putin, traitors!” he criticized.
“Venezuela is with Putin and with Russia, and Russia will emerge from this battle more united and victorious,” predicted the Venezuelan Head of State.
