“Simón Bolívar is not a statue, nor a painting on a wall, but he walks through the streets of this city”, as stated by the Executive Secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of Our Americas-Peoples’ Trade Treaty, Sacha Llorenti, during his participation in the Bicentennial Congress of the Peoples.
