The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro affirmed that the truth of Venezuela was strongly heard throughout Ibero-America, highlighting the intervention of the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez at the 27th Summit of Heads of State and Government: “Ibero-America has listened to us, the whole world has listened to us”.
During a new Productive Wednesday journey with Mission AgroVenezuela, the national leader highlighted the position of the Bolivarian nation in the Ibero-American forum, before whose leaders Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, on behalf of all Venezuelans, “Denounced the monopolization, hoarding and speculation with the prices of vaccines in the international market”.
“I denounce the unilateral coercive measures and the financial, oil and economic war against Venezuela, and demand the return of the 2 billion dollars that we have sequestered in the banks of Portugal”, she said there.
He highlighted how Vice President Rodríguez “demanded the governments of Europe, including Portugal, to assert their authority and return to Venezuela the two billion dollars that have been sequestered in the Banks of Portugal”, said the dignitary.
At the multilateral meeting, Venezuela rejected the monopolization, hoarding and speculation of the prices of anti-COVID-19 vaccines in the international market: “They have turned the vaccines into a commodity, for domination, for war,” rejected President Maduro.
The 27th Ibero-American Summit took place in a semi-face-to-face and telematic way from Andorra, marked by criticism from the media and international agencies, in the face of the position of spokesmen of the extreme rightwing opposition who criticized the invitation to the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to participate in the world forum.
On these aspects, the Venezuelan President reiterated that while others are busy raising “fuss” the Bolivarian Government works for the welfare of the Venezuelan people.
