The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, on the occasion of celebrating the democratic process that Bolivia starred on October 18, sent an emotional letter to his counterpart Luis Arce.
The information was released by the Chancellor of the Republic Jorge Arreaza, through his Twitter account, on which he wrote: “I share the emotional letter that President @NicolasMaduro sent to his brother President @LuchoXBolivia. The victory of October 18 has been the victory of the people, we invoke the sacred protection of the Pachamama so that the favorite daughter of the Liberator can resume its path.”
In the letter, the Head of State greeted, on behalf of the Venezuelan people, the victory of the Bolivian brotherly country by giving the triumph to Arce: “Through this letter I want to reiterate our immense joy for the great popular victory of last October 18 that has restored the dignity of Bolivians under the glorious banner of the Wiphala, leading you to the Presidency of the Republic.”
“The victory of October 18, Luis, has been the victory of the Bolivian people who returned in their millions. Neither the media lies, nor the arrogance of the factual and genocidal powers of imperialism and its sepoys could defeat you: the right of the People to continue prolonging the certain course of the future was imposed, the luminous course traced by the leadership of our dear brother Evo Morales Ayma ”, reads part of the letter.
