The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called on the people to participate in the second electoral simulation for the parliamentary elections of next December 6.
“I join the call to participate next Sunday in the electoral simulation. DEC-6 is approaching in peace and stability, ”he expressed this Wednesday in a broadcast by the Venezolana de Televisión (VTV) TV station.
The second test, organized by the National Electoral Council (CNE) and the Republic Plan, is scheduled for this Sunday, November 15.
«I invite Venezuelans to come to the centers to learn about the very modern technology, the most advanced and safe in the world,» he added.
He stressed, during a «Productive Wednesday» journey, that Venezuela is the only country that does simulations so that the people becomes familiar with the electoral system. We are «preparing for the great electoral party,» he said.
On November 6, the president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Indira Alfonzo, ratified the call for a second simulation with the bio-safety protocols for Covid-19; and pointed out that these exercises allow us to recognize the strengths and assume the challenges of some aspects for the December election.
