Head of State warns about destabilizing actions promoted from Colombia

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, denounced on Tuesday new destabilizing actions promoted from Colombia, for which he called on the People’s Power to remain alert:

Iván Duque –President of Colombia -, is directly linked to drug trafficking gangs and has placed drug trafficking gangs of La Guajira and other places north of Santander, to prepare his group of hitmen and terrorists to come and attack Venezuela in the coming weeks”, he revealed.

Despite the multiple denounces made by the Venezuelan Dignitary to the New Granadean authorities, beginning with their president Iván Duque, the brotherly country has ignored the evidences regarding the participation of irregular armed groups that are operating from Colombian soil to attack the Venezuelan territory.

President Maduro, in the face of the threats of new criminal actions supported by the US government against the nation, ratified his call to the Venezuelan people to be vigilant and alert:

“I assume the responsibility of telling our people, to you, brave men and women of our country, for us to be prepared and give the fight that we are going to fight for peace and internal stability in Venezuela, to end the rest of the year in peace, in recovery, in progress, in resistance and in victory”, he pointed out.
