The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced this Wednesday a new day of safe flexibilization of the quarantine for Saturday and Sunday, for boys, girls, adolescents and elder adults.
During a telephone contact with the “Con el Mazo Dando” (Hitting with the Hammer) program, the Venezuelan head of state indicated that the journey will start from 8:00 am. to 12:00 noon for the elderly; while children and adolescents will be able to make this going out between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
In this sense, he explained that the National Government will initiate a plan for the relative normalization of the country, through flexibility during the social quarantine, with the appropriate preventive measures, to prevent Covid-19 outbreaks.
He specified that this plan will combine “safe and conscious flexibility and prudence, which is what we are going to manage in the relative standardization plan. Safe flexibility with precautionary measures”, after the success obtained this Sunday and Monday, in the special journey dedicated to children, adolescents and elder adults.
