Within the framework of the International Energy Week Forum held in Moscow, the president of the International Center for Productive Investment, Félix Plasencia, and the president of the Roscongress foundation, Alejandro Stuglev, signed an understanding memorandum, in order to promote the strategic sectors of the country and strengthen the Russia-Venezuela cooperation commitment:
“This understanding memorandum confirms the commitment to an important relationship between both nations. Venezuela is, without a doubt, the natural entry for potential investors. We want Russian investors to see the Venezuelan market as a potential important market for their investment,” expressed Plasencia during his speech.
This agreement will strengthen commercial exchange and will channel new investments in areas such as mining, fishing, agriculture and tourism.
