Public Works Wednesday: Venezuelan Government delivered 4,000 dignified houses

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, enthusiastically announced the delivery of 100 new houses in the Roberto Manuel Urbanization, as part of the National Housing Plan.

The Venezuelan president highlighted that this Wednesday, within the context of Public Works, a total of 4,000 homes are being delivered nationwide.

From Trujillo state, in a television broadcast, the Minister of People’s Power for Habitat and Housing, Division General Raúl Paredes, formally delivered these 100 homes, located in the Los Ángeles sector, Carvajal municipality of Sabana de Mendoza, in Trujillo state.

«People’s power, firm in its territory, communes, and community groups, has the right to decent housing thanks to the Bolivarian Revolution,» stated Minister Paredes, highlighting the importance of these initiatives in building a more just future for all Venezuelans.

The delivery of these homes represents a significant step toward ensuring decent homes for citizens, especially those who play vital roles in sectors such as education, health, and the military, thus reaffirming the government’s commitment to the well-being of these groups.

Characteristics of the Two-Family Homes:

Excellent finishes on interior and exterior walls.

Functional layout: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and utility area.

A total area of ​​78 m².

Guaranteed connections to public services such as water and electricity.

Spaces designed for leisure and community living.

During the emotional presentation, beneficiaries such as Rosyyai Josymar Vera Pereira and members of the People’s Power were present, sharing their joy and gratitude for the completion of this project, which aligns with the government’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life of Venezuelans:
