The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that after registering seven new cases of coronavirus today, there are 204 cases in total, of which 111 are recovered, keeping the deceases figure at nine people.

During the commemoration of the 17th anniversary of the Mission Barrio Adentro, with an activity along with the doctors, from the La Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa, in Caracas; the National President detailed that, out of the total cases reported to date, 37 are in Integral Diagnostic Centers (CDI), 25 in hospitals, 20 in private clinics and two in hotels.

He pointed out that 4 serious cases of those infected are being treated. “I ask doctors and specialists for patience, wisdom and to do the treatments with faith in God, in order to recover, heal and give them life”, he said.

Likewise, Maduro specified that 18,406,747 persons (enrolled under the Carnet de la Patria -Homeland Card- System) have answered the survey, of which 160,13 people have been determined to visit.

He pointed out that to date 155,099 citizens have been visited by the Barrio Adentro 100% medical system, an army of white coats that has 12,746 health professionals and workers.
