43,802 Petros approved for the completion of 2,818 new housings


A total of 43,802 Petros will be destined for the culmination of 2,818 new buildings of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV), as announced the president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
From Caraballeda, located in La Guaira state, were authorized new financing conditions applicable to the credit system, an action that translates into the increase in loans for the acquisition, self-construction and improvement of housings.
The Head of State approved the start of training programs for popular builders in the 24 Ministerial Offices of Habitat and Housing nationwide.
In this regard, the Minister of People’s Power for Habitat and Housing, Ildemaro Villarroel, said that the training plans respond to a high need for the Viviendo Venezolanos (Venezuelan Living) Movement, which reports positive experiences in the Aragua and Yaracuy states with the construction of more of 40,000 housings.
The Venezuelan dignitary pointed out that housing is a right of the people, which is why he reiterated the commitment of the National Government in the search for investment and financing mechanisms for the completion of new buildings.
64 homes for Carora:
A total of 64 homes were delivered this Thursday in the new Esperanza urban planning, in the Torres municipality, in Lara state, egarding the unveiling of the 3 millionth GMVV milestone.
The houses, which are part of a project of 160 apartments, were erected through the method of self-construction on a plot of 3.5 hectares.
The governor of Lara state, Carmen Meléndez, said that 3.5% of the 3 million homes built by the GMVV are in the central-western state.
In a satellite contact, he informed that 24,000 housings are in execution and 8,000 are in the culmination phase, while announcing the goal of building 35,000 housings by 2020.
