National Executive expelled diplomatic personnel from El Salvador

The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela decided, on Sunday, November 3, to expel diplomatic personnel from El Salvador who are making life in the country, and therefore gave a period of 48 hours for them to leave the territory.
Through a statement, was explained that the decision was taken “in strict application of the principle of reciprocity, following the unprecedented announcement by the Salvadoran Government to expel Venezuelan diplomatic personnel accredited in that country”.
In the text, published by Chancellor Jorge Arreaza in his account on the Twitter social network, he described the decision of President Najib Bukle as an attachment to the policy of interference that the United States (USA) maintains against the Venezuelan nation.
“It is more than evident that, in this case, the Salvadoran authorities are not seeking anything other than providing a meager oxygen balloon to the declining US strategy of intervention and economic blockade against the people of Venezuela”, reviews the statement.
Following, the full text of the Communiqué:
“The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela announces that it has decided to declare the members of the diplomatic staff of the Republic of El Salvador in Caracas as Persona Non Grata, granting them a 48-hour period to leave Venezuelan territory. This decision is taken in strict application of the principle of reciprocity, following the unprecedented announcement by the Government of El Salvador to expel Venezuelan diplomatic personnel duly accredited in that country.
It is more than evident that, in this case, the Salvadoran authorities try nothing more than to supply a meager oxygen balloon to the dwindling US intervention and economic blockade strategy against the people of Venezuela. In this way, Najib Bukele officially assumes the sad role of being a pawn of the US foreign policy, honoring the humiliating treatment that the United States Government has given its fellow citizens on matters of immigration policy.
The history of Our Americas is marked by the struggles and victories of free peoples over betrayal and surrender. Those rulers who take advantage of the people’s will in order to subordinate themselves to the designs of the empire on duty, sooner rather than later end up condemned to ostracism and the general repudiation of their peoples.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela confirms that it will always be at the service of El Salvador to consolidate peace, sovereignty, independence and integration. No passing farce will affect the deep and historical ties that have united and will unite the Salvadoran and the Venezuelan peoples, always and forever”.
