Human Rights Council passed resolution condemning unilateral coercive measures

The Human Rights Council of the United Nations Organization (UN) approved this Thursday in Geneva, a historic resolution that condemns the impacts of unilateral coercive measures. It is the first decision of this international body that expressly refers to the negative consequences of the blockade by the United States against Venezuela.
This was announced through his account on the Twitter social network, by the Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, regarding the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, which takes place in New York.
In the resolution, the Human Rights Council expresses its concern about the negative impact of these measures on the enjoyment of human rights, and affirms that any resolution of the disputes must be peaceful, democratic and constitutional, without any foreign interference.
