Executive branch proposes public analysis contest on Monroe doctrine and Bolivarianism

Critical analysis on the historical struggle between the Monroe doctrine and Bolivarianism will participate in a public contest aimed at cadets of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and students of public universities throughout the national territory:
“Let’s make a written contest, it can be individual or collective, on Bolivarianism and monroism to provoke a reflection and affirmation of the values of Bolívar in this immense fight against imperialism”, said on Tuesday the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the commemoration of the 9th anniversary of the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV) and the beginning of the 2019-2020 military pedagogical year.
He exhorted to present in a document, of maximum five pages of extension, theoretical contributions that allow to feed the debate about both models, analyzing the implications of the Monroe doctrine and how it is used in the multiform aggression against Venezuela:
“Bolívar or Monroe, let’s take sides! It is not time for halftones, it is not time for hesitation, it is not time for betrayal. It is a time for definitions and to walk along the only course we have: that of independence, of sovereignty and the defense of our beloved Venezuela”, said the also Commander in Chief of the FANB.
Multiform war:
In a master class taught to cadets and officers of the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela, he instructed to conduct an analysis of the model of unconventional war and its scheme of application in the nation.
The pedagogical document will be used during the academic training of the members of the FANB and will include basic concepts and mechanisms used to neutralize their progress.
Similarly, the Head of State said he should incorporate suggestions and recommendations of the next actions to be taken so that “Venezuela takes the lane of the final recovery and development of our dreams”.
The analysis, as detailed the Venezuelan dignitary, will be a guide to determine plans for defense, internal security and preservation of peace and territorial integrity:
“We need sustained recommendations on quality, based on reality to maneuver and defend our Homeland”, he said.
He indicated that, currently, in Venezuela is being determined the future of humanity, therefore, any events that may occur in the territory will determine the future of Latin America and the Caribbean.
“The resistance of the Bolivarian Revolution against the onslaught of the gringo empire is writing glorious pages of history. Nowadays, brothers of the world see (in Venezuela) an example that the US imperialism can indeed be resisted and defeated”, he said.
