Expanded cooperation with the United Nations in health, education, services and nutrition


The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, after her meeting with representatives of the United Nations said that “cooperation with the United Nations has been expanded in the areas of health, education, public services, nutrition”.
Rodriguez said that in this meeting was denounced the blockade by the United States against Venezuela as a genocide against the country: “We denounce the criminal blockade there is against Venezuela to impede food and medicines from arriving. The illicit sanctions of the USA are crimes against humanity”.
Likewise, she denounced the blockade that exists towards Venezuelan diplomats, with the freezing of their accounts preventing them from collecting their salaries.
Rodriguez said that the correction of some figures that some UN agencies, without consulting the National Government, “have published, and that add to the political agenda of aggression. We have asked for these to be corrected in a scientific and professional manner”.
