FANB disown president self-proclaimed outside the law

The Minister for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, affirmed on Wednesday that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) will defend the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the national sovereignty.
Through his Twitter account, Padrino López also stated that they will not recognize any government imposed with obscure interests:
“Despair and intolerance threaten the peace of the Nation. We the soldiers of the Homeland do not accept a president imposed in the shadow of obscure interests, nor self-proclaimed outside the law. The FANB defends our Constitution and is a guarantor of national sovereignty”, he wrote.
Earlier, (Juan) Guaidó, disregarding the ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice declaring the unconstitutionality of the Legislative Power, made a ritual of self-proclamation before opposition supporters who marched in commemoration of January 23, 1958.
This act was held a day after the Vice President of the United States (USA), Mike Pence – on behalf of the US Government – called for a coup d’état in the country and to violate the legally constituted institutions, as reported the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
Minutes after Guaidó’s self-proclaiming, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, expressed through Twitter that his government recognizes Guaidó as “interim president”
He also threatened through a communiqué issued by the White House, that he “will use the full weight of the economic and diplomatic power of the US to press for the democratic restoration of Venezuela”.
The position taken by Guaidó emulates that of the former chairman of Fedecámaras, Pedro Carmona Estanga, who a day after the coup d’état against Hugo Chávez on April 11, 2002, self-proclaimed as “president of Venezuela”, with the approval of the business sector, the Catholic Church and political actors of the extreme right wing.
