The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, said that the National Defense Council is in permanent session to guarantee the necessary plans to advance with strength and serenity.
Through his personal account on the Twitter social network, the Head of State explained that the Council is in defense of our Constitution and the right to peace of the Homeland.
Last Tuesday the Head of State held a meeting to have a joint vision as a State, of the Venezuelan National State.
