The Minister of People’s Power for Communication and Information, Jorge Rodríguez, revealed that in Roberto Marrero’s cell phone there are conversations that prove the systematic conspiracy of the right wing for violent actions in the country.
In a press conference, Rodriguez said that «In the course of the investigations has been found, and has been part of the confession of Mr. Marrero, a new group of criminal action against Venezuela».
The also vice president for Communication, Tourism and Culture sector explained that in Marrero’s mobile phone, there is a group of the WhatsApp messaging network called «Cocoon 2.0», which was led by Freddy Guevara, Leopoldo Lopez, Carlos Vecchio, Juan Guaidó among others , who through it communicated conspiring to create chaos in the national territory.
One of the first plans that Rodríguez showed was that to collapse the payment system in the country through the blocking of Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as the sabotage of the Patria government platform:

He advanced that the third criminal action proposed in the group was to assume the actions of the military deserters group and put them a new uniform to record their statements: «They generate the aggression and crisis in Venezuela, and then say it is Maduro’s fault».
Rodriguez said the operation could be discovered thanks to the expertise made since the arrest of Roberto Marrero.
