CNE starts deployment of electoral machines throughout the country

The National Electoral Council (CNE) began this Monday the linear deployment of technological equipment for the municipal and governor (in Zulia state) elections, for the different entities of the country.

The announcement was made by the rector of the electoral body, Tania D’Amelio, in her Twitter account, also informing that on Wednesday will take place the radial deployment of the equipment, within each region.

The official invited the population to enter the website of the Electoral Power -www.cne.gob.ve- to verify if anyone has been selected as a board member, remembering that this service is mandatory.

For this election will be convened 19,740,846 voters -19,514,561 Venezuelans, and 226,285 foreigners-, including voters from the Capital District. In this journey will participate more than 1,500 candidates from organizations with political purposes, who will opt for 336 positions to be elected.
