The Bolivarian Government reported on Sunday afternoon the decision to establish a daily work journey until 2:00 p.m., as a measure to achieve consistency in the provision of electric service, following the attacks perpetrated against the National Electric System (SEN) ) from imperial sectors, with the support of their allies, which in recent days has affected the daily life of the Venezuelan people with destabilizing aims.
Through a statement read by the sectoral vice-president of Communication, Information and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, in a contact with Venezolana de Televisión, the Executive announced that “it has been managed to restore the service almost completely on different occasions after the attacks and will not rest until achieving the final balance for the provision of such an important service”.
The text states that the Government “keeps imprinting all its strength, and that of the workers of the National Electric System, to stabilize the electric power service throughout the country.”
“To achieve consistency in the provision of electric service, the Bolivarian Government decides to suspend school activities and establishes daily work hours until 2pm in public and private institutions”, said Rodriguez.
He specified that the terrorist attacks, perpetrated by criminal hands that had already announced their purpose shamelessly in different public speeches, caused considerable damage in the Transmission yard of the Simón Bolívar Hydroelectric Plant, in Guri.
