Maduro foresees better relations with the new Government of Spain

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, called for building respectful relations with the new Government of Spain, which is chaired by Pedro Sánchez, following the dismissal of Mariano Rajoy as National President of that nation.

From the Néstor Kirchner Hall, during a meeting with the Ample Front of the Homeland, at Miraflores Palace, the Head of State was enthusiastic when it came to reestablishing relations with the Spanish Government: “I advocate relations of respect, of integral cooperation between Spain and Venezuela, and thus overcome the bitter moments of interventionism of the departing Government of Spain”.

“I hope that the new Government of the new President can build a new vision on Venezuela and can open new policies of dialogue, understanding and respect for Venezuela”, he concluded.
