The constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, denounced on Wednesday that the brutal terrorist attack against the National Electric System (SEN) was carried out with a rifle, “probably by a sniper hired by the coup-plotting opposition, which generated a damage that sought to leave the country for several weeks without power. The tireless workers allowed the repair”.
He indicated that he has asked the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, and the Sector Vice President of Communication, Tourism and Culture, Jorge Rodríguez, to inform the Venezuelan people by all means, media, walls, leaflets, social networks, the truth of the facts:

President Maduro added that has been managing the electric load in order to bring electricity to 80% of the country and in the coming days it will finish stabilizing the electricity service: “There are still some areas of the west of the country to reach. Let no one lower their guard. I hope to have good news of the total restitution of the electric service in the coming hours”.
The national leader called for the maximum understanding of the Venezuelan people in the face of the terrorist attacks that set fire to a vital area for the supply of electric service: “that is why I have decided to suspend work and school activities on Thursday, in order to continue the repair and restitution work” .
He also added that the investigations are progressing and in the next few hours he will go to the country to show with evidences everything about the terrorist attack against the National Electric System.
