Escarrá: The US and the right wing intend to fragment the Republic

The United States and its allies of the Venezuelan right wing have the goal of fragmenting the Republic, dividing the territory and the State, in violation of international law, as said on Monday Hermann Escarrá.
Escarra referred to the denounce made this Saturday by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, in which he showed evidence of a right wing plan to divide the territory.
The plan also contemplates fragmenting the State to derive it to a political sector and thus create the “East Venezuela and the West Venezuela”, mentioned Escarrá.
When interviewed in the “Al Aire” (On Air) program of Venezolana de Televisión, the constituent indicated that the international law, the Charters of New York and of Bogotá are currently being violated by the deputy in contempt Juan Guaidó, by appointing representatives in Venezuelan embassies without having faculties to do it:
“We have arrived at a serious fact, an apocryphal president is appointing ambassadors, distributing the country’s wealth”, he denounced.
These attacks against the country are due to the fact that Venezuela has become an attraction due to the natural resources it possesses and the Venezuelan right wing seeks to divide up the loot.
Regarding the Constitutional article 233, Escarrá explained that “there is a serious usurpation because the 233rd of the Constitution is not applicable, as they say. President Nicolás Maduro is in the prime of his activities. There is no abandonment of the post. It is a serious usurpation and violence to the constitutional text”.
The constituent questioned the fact that for the Venezuelan right wing the National Electoral Council (CNE) does not work:
“How is it that the CNE does not works for (making valid the election of) the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, but it does serve for the election of them (National Assembly in contempt)??”, he said.
