The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela denounced on Sunday a new coup attempt promoted by the Minister of National Security of the United States Government, John Bolton, against the Venezuelan democracy.
The Venezuelan Chancellor, Jorge Arreaza, posted on the Twitter social network the official communiqué that once again denounces the attempts by the supremacist elite that controls the White House to promote a coup d’etat in Venezuela, attacking the Constitution, democracy and peace in the country.

“The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela denounces once again the attempts by the supremacist elite that controls the White House to promote a coup d’etat in Venezuela, attacking the Constitution, Democracy and Peace in the country.
This conspiracy, headed by John Bolton, National Security Adviser of the US government, tries to forcefully impose on the Venezuelan people a puppet government whose mandate does not respond to the Constitution, nor to the popular will, but to the interests of the US transnationals, as they tried in 2002 without success.
While the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, urges dialogue with respect between both countries, Bolton in turn embraces the script of the coup-driven adventures, historically inserted in the imperialist agenda, for which it induces sedition of a small sector of the Venezuelan right wing, which has shown ineptitude in complying with the mandate given by the Venezuelan people to exercise the role of a democratic opposition.
The greatest threat to the security of Venezuelans is undoubtedly the criminal blockade imposed from Washington. Therefore, Venezuela demands the end of all economic and diplomatic aggression against its economy and democratic institutions, while reiterating that no matter how powerful the pressures, threats and attacks may be, the Bolivarian Government will never give in to the integral defense of sovereignty of the Venezuelan people. Venezuela will use all its Political, Moral and Constitutional Power to defeat the imperialist aggression in all its forms.
