Ombudsman qualified assassination of Fabricio Ojeda as State terrorism

The Ombudsman, Tarek William Saab, described on Monday the murder of Fabricio Ojeda as “institutionalized State terrorism” .

During the homage paid to the social fighter in the South General Cemetery, Saab stated that Ojeda “was murdered without any right to defense … not only did they killed him, they tortured him in the vilest way, but they gave the false news that he had committed suicide, That is to say, he was physically murdered and they tried to assassinate him morally. ”

“I do not have the slightest doubt that then president, Raul Leoni, was the intellectual author of the murder of Fabricio Ojeda, and so they tried to make him invisible, but they could not”, he said.

Tarek William Saab took the opportunity to thank the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, for giving him the opportunity to be part of the Commission for Truth, Justice and Reparation of Victims.
