Vladimir Padrino Lopez, Minister for Defense, said on Monday that “the men and women of the country, we open our arms to 2019 with great faith and optimism. May God bless the military family”.
Padrino López offered his words of reflection to the patriot youth of the Headquarters Battalion GB Daniel Florencio O’Leary, a few hours after receiving the arrival of Baby Jesus.
“Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, (…). Thanks to the soldiers for all your loyalty and discipline so that things go well”, he said.
Earlier, he participated in a toy delivery ceremony.
